So I've decided to follow the ketogenic diet from Monday 4th. It looks like exactly the type of food I love and that's going to be important when trying to stick to anything.
The exercise plans are still not finalised. It's very tricky trying to fit in around a busy family of 5, but it's not impossible! You just have to make time for you.
Has anyone tried the ketogenic diet ?
