It's that time of year again when I tell myself I must make changes and I must loose 2 or three stone.
However.........this time, I accept that my targets have been unrealistic and not achievable in the time I set for myself.
This coming year, I'd Iike to drop 20bpm from my bp with an aim to coming off my blood pressure meds.
I'd also like to fit more comfortably into the clothes I already own.
I'd like to exercise twice a week.
And I'd like to to tone up.
That's it. That's my goals. Nothing to do with weight and more to do with my health. If I loose weight as a result, then I'll be happy with the added bonus.
